“It was such a beautiful and transformative experience to work with Rev Christina. When I went into it I was not sure what to expect, but Rev Christina created a safe and sacred space to release, a place I felt comfortable to express anything that would arise in the session. She identified things in me I had not had the words for in all my years of healing work, things I could feel I was holding onto but couldn’t identify. I tapped into the energy of the emotions without reliving the narrative or memories. I was able to energetically purge what no longer serves me and come out feeling much lighter.
